10.00 am – 4 pm Israeli participants begin visit

Tuesday August 8
9.00 am Israeli athletes practice with the local delegation teams

Wednesday August 9
7.30 pm Israeli and Local Dancers perform at Showboat

Thursday, August 10
9:00am – 3:00pm Arrival of foreign delegations (UK Delegation, etc.)

Friday, August 11
9:00am – 6:00pm
Arrival of early arrival delegations (Australia, Israel, etc)

Sunday, August 13
9:00am – 3:00pm Arrival of delegations at JCC
3:00pm – 7:00pm Arrival of delegations at Pacific Coliseum
5:00pm - Coaches' buses leave coaches hotel to Opening Ceremony
5:00pm – 6:30pm VIP and Visiting Family Receptions at Pacific Coliseum
5:30pm - Athletes and host families start to arrive at Opening Ceremony
7:00pm – 9:00pm Opening Ceremonies – starting with “Parade of Athletes”
9:30pm - Coaches buses leave to return to coaches hotel for Technical meetings
10:15pm -11:30pm Coaches Technical meetings and dinner at coaches hotel

Monday, August 14
5:45am – Breakfast for coaches at hotel
6:00am – Satellite bus departures from North Shore, White Rock and Burquest.
6:25am – Coaches’ buses leave coaches hotel to go to JCC and Minoru Park
6:45am - Start of drop off for athletes at JCC, Minoru and other athletic venues
6:45am – Start of shuttle between JCC and Minoru Park
7:00am – Start of dispersal from JCC and Minoru to various venues
8:00am – 5:00pm Athletic competition
8:00am – 4:00pm Hang Time at JCC
10:30am – 2:30pm Lunch at JCC and Minoru Park
1:30pm – 4:00pm Days of Community Spirit located at multiple venues
4:00pm - Host families begin to pickup athletes from sports venues, JCC & Minoru Park
5:00pm – Coaches’ buses from JCC and Minoru Park return to Coaches hotel
5:00 pm - Host Family Night

5:45am – Breakfast for coaches at hotel
6:00am – 6:30am Delegation Heads’ Meeting at coaches’ hotel

6:00pm – Start of early departures from UBC to YVR Airport and/or Seattle
9:00pm – 9:30pm Closing Ceremony and Games highlight Video in War Memorial Gym
9:30pm – Start to load buses and depart evening event to designated pickup areas
10:30pm – Load early departing athletes onto buses and return to JCC
10:30pm – Athletes picked up at designated pickup areas in North Shore, Burquest, White Rock, Vancouver and Richmond.
11:00pm – Coaches buses leave from designated pickup areas to Coaches hotel

Friday, August 18
12:00am – 2:00pm Delegations will depart from JCC to YVR airport or Seattle
4:00am – 12:00pm – Coaches buses leave coaches hotel to JCC (on the hour departures)

Sunday, August 20
8:00am – 3:00pm Foreign Delegations (UK and Israel) will depart.
